Our primary goal is to completely satisfy every customer we serve and will
stop at nothing to see that we achieve this. We have tow truck drivers call
us at home to come open the shops for customers on the weekend. We
empower our employees to assist the customer on whatever way we can
to make certain their experience is the very best possible. We take this
very seriously and do not leave customer satisfaction to chance. We
monitor ourselves carefully using an in-house customer feed back
system. Part of our standard operating procedures is to interview the
customer about their experience at our shop.
